Shipping policy
Currently only ship to Ontario at a standard flat shipping fee of $9.90
In order to get an estimate on shipping prices, please add your items to your cart, personalize them and proceed to checkout. After entering your contact information you will be directed to the shipping page. There will be a drop-down with your shipping options with prices next to each before checkout. You can also call for a rate estimate at 416-700-1000 or email us.
Does someone need to be there to accept the package?
At checkout you can choose no signature required. By choosing no signature required at checkout you agree to the following. Lockbox Superstore and the courier accepts no liability for claims due to loss or damage that may result from leaving the package as requested.
In Store and Pick up:
If you live in the GTA area and would like to shop in-store, please come by.
We're located at 36 Shelley RD unit 4 Richmond Hill, L4C 5G3 and are open Mon-Fri from 10:00am-5:00pm.
If you're shopping online but would like to arrange in-store pick-up, please select the pick-up option on the checkout page. This will automatically notify us that you will be picking up your order on-site. We will call or email you when your order is ready for pick up.
Please take note, you may only PICK UP at the Richmond Hill LOCATION.

Orders are picked and packed during WAREHOUSE HOURS Monday- Friday 10AM-4PM.

Pick up orders placed on the weekends/selected holidays and off business hours are processed on the next business day.

You may also designate someone else to pick up your order. Please include the designated person’s name in the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” The designated person will be asked for Government- Issued ID upon pick up.

You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email upon placing your order and then a "Ready for Pick Up" email/or a call from a warehouse representative once your Order is ready. Please note, if item(s) are not in stock you will be notified during this time. Kindly allow 2-4 hours for processing and packing.
